Catering to a range of ages and abilities, we have classes ranging from strength-based through to wellness aimed at training your mind as well as the body.

Pilates | 60 or 45 minutes
Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility, and core stability. It is performed on a mat using bodyweight exercises and controlled movements to improve posture, alignment, and overall body strength. In Mat Pilates, participants follow a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the core, including the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. The movements are precise and controlled, emphasising breath control and proper alignment.
Yoga | 45 minutes
Yoga combines physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. Physical postures are performed in a flowing and mindful manner, synchronising movement with breath. The practice emphasises balance, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. A range of styles of yoga exist, ranging from gentle and restorative to more dynamic and vigorous practices.
Tai Chi and Qi Gong | 45 minutes
Tai Chi and Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice that combines gentle physical movement, deep breathing, and mental focus. It is a form of low-impact exercise and meditation in motion.
Aqua Aerobics | Standard
Aqua Aerobics is low-impact, high-energy workouts conducted in water. Participants perform a variety of aerobic, strength, and flexibility exercises. The water provides resistance and reduces stress on the joints, making it suitable for all levels. Benefits include improved cardiovascular health, muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Certified instructors lead the classes, which are accompanied by music for a fun and motivating experience.
Aqua Aerobics | Deep
These classes are for those who are experienced in Aqua Aerobics and are looking for a more intense workout. With the deeper water requiring constant movement, these sessions are sure to get your heart pumping while still being low-impact on joints, bones and muscles.
Aqua Aerobics | Shallow
These Aqua Aerobic classes have all the wonderful benefits of our standard sessions but in a shallower pool area. This makes it the perfect option for those looking to try Aqua Aerobics or those still building confidence in deeper water. This is our suggested entry into Aqua Aerobics if you’ve never tried before and want a gentler entry into the classes.
A strength-training workout that uses barbells and adjustable weights to target all major muscle groups, emphasising high repetitions and low weights for muscle endurance and toning.
A cardio-based martial arts-inspired workout that combines moves from various disciplines, such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, and Muay Thai, to improve cardiovascular health and coordination.
A high-energy cardio workout that combines athletic movements, such as running, jumping, and lunging, with strength and stabilisation exercises to improve overall fitness and burn calories.
A mind-body class that incorporates elements of yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while promoting relaxation and stress reduction.
A stationary indoor cycling class that simulates outdoor cycling, focusing on endurance, strength, and interval training. Participants adjust the bike’s resistance to control intensity levels.
HIIT | 45 minutes
HIIT refers to High Intensity Interval Training and allows you to pair hard-hitting exercise periods with short rest breaks for a wide range of health benefits.
B Active Functional | 30 minutes
Experience a high-intensity session that combines cardio, strength, and functional movements that will challenge your body and ignite your metabolism. These shorter workouts will fit seamlessly into your busy schedule and are designed to maximum results in just 30 minutes
B Active Longer | 30 minutes
B Active Longer is a specialised, research-backed program designed to help older adults stay strong, socially connected and mentally well. Through B Active Longer, older adults are supported to be more active, more often through programs that address the full spectrum of health: physical, social and mental.
B Active Teens | 30 minutes
These workouts cater specifically for youths and offer a space for younger people to exercise safely with guidance from a professional. Join a community of peers seeking to better their health and wellbeing through exercise.
Circuit | 45 minutes
These workouts involve a series of exercises performed in a circuit format. Participants move through a sequence of stations or exercise stations, performing a different exercise at each station for a set amount of time or number of repetitions before moving on to the next station. The exercises can vary in nature, including cardiovascular exercises, strength training exercises, and functional movements. The class may utilise various equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, stability balls, and bodyweight exercises.
Stretch | 45 minutes
Our stretch workout class is a gentle, low-impact fitness session designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and overall body relaxation. The class focuses on a series of controlled stretches that target major muscle groups, helping to lengthen muscles, increase range of motion, and reduce stiffness.
