​Yoga is more than just a workout; it’s a dedicated space to find balance. Our sessions offer a calming, guided practice designed to harmonise your body and mind through gentle movement and intentional breathing.

By combining flowing poses with deep stretches, Yoga helps improve your flexibility and joint mobility while supporting your overall wellbeing. Providing a quiet environment to strengthen your muscles and unwind from the week, regular practice is a wonderful way to:

Facility Manager Gareth explains that yoga provides benefits that complement all lifestyles. Through a combination of controlled movements and breathing techniques, the practice promotes both core strength and deep stress relief.

Because movements can be easily modified, classes are suitable for everyone from absolute beginners to experienced participants.

"Whether you are looking to complement your current training, improve mobility, or simply take time to unwind, yoga provides a welcoming and supportive environment," says Gareth. "We encourage members to give it a try and experience the benefits for themselves."
