As every school and their community have different needs, our BlueFit Kids partnership model can be tailored to address the critical requirements of the community as a whole with a focus on active children with our specialist coaches.

FAQ's - PAYMENT AND BOOKINGS
Check what Browser you are on. SmartCentral is compatible with Chrome and Firefox, both can be downloaded for free.
Check with BlueFit Kids (info@bluefitkids.com.auor 1300 112 583) to make sure you have the correct email address on file.
Families will pay in fortnightly cycles in arears. Meaning families will pay for the services they have used in the previous 2 weeks.
You will receive an invoice to review showing your CCS entitlements before your account debited 3 days later the out of pocket or gap amount.
Your Direct Debit details will be collected during the enrolment/application process.
SmartCentral provides you online access to your service to apply for enrolment; enter or update your and your child’s details; check enrolment status; review transaction balance and download statements.
You have the convenience of entering this information securely online in your own time and being able to track the progress of any enrolment applications.
Within the Applications TAB:
- Select view/edit on the Incomplete application
- Select edit
- You will see down the left hand side, links to various sections of the application; Parent, Child, Parent 2, Booking, etc
- Review each section and update and/or add the relevant details to your application
- When all sections (on the left hand side) have done beside them, all mandatory fields have been completed and you are ready to review your application and submit it to the centre.
If your centre runs holiday programs (eg Vacation Care) they can make program bookings available through SmartCentral.
Typically holiday program bookings are opened around 4-6 weeks before the holiday period starts but it is up to the individual centre. The program only becomes visible to parents once the centre opens it for bookings.
If your application has been approved and you wish to request a change:
- start a new application for the same service
- Select your child from the drop down box
- copy across the information submitted in a previous application using the Copyfunction
- make any changes and
- review
- submityour changes.

The parent portal has a help TABthat drops down to shows a Subsidy Estimatorthat will allow you to enter your initial payment amount and your subsidy percentage to show you what you’re out of pocket or gap expense will be.
A statement is produce for all parents with an active enrolment as a means of providing information on your account
