Each week is different. We mix together functional training techniques with resistance equipment to give you the best workout possible.
What’s included for Non-Members?
When you sign-up for our 8-week boot camp not only do you have your weekly dedicated boot camp session you will have FULL access to our facility including the gym, aquatics and group fitness classes.
Can anyone do it?
It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, anyone can participate in Boot Camp! If you do have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, please be sure to let your trainer know about them before your session.
