Well done to those in the midst of their warrior-level Boot Camp training! We salute all of you who have shown up to sessions and pushed yourself, even when your legs were burning from too many squats! In addition to the program so far, our coaches have made some exciting plans for Boot Camp for the upcoming next few weeks to help elevate your results. Don’t forget to utilise your free access to BlueFit’s facilities. We recommend a relaxing dip in the spa after a hard training session to help loosen up your muscles.
