​We are excited to celebrate a familiar face in our fitness community! Lulu Wiggins is a dedicated regular at Belmont Oasis, consistently making time for both her physical health and mental wellbeing. We are now excited to highlight her inspiring approach to fitness.

For Lulu, working out regularly is a powerful way to achieve peace of mind. She finds that forcing herself to concentrate on her exercises and executing the correct movement patterns with good technique keeps her completely present. This focused attention helps distract her mind and block out any outside noise. Regardless of what has been happening throughout her day, stepping into the gym allows her to channel her full focus and energy directly into her workout.

When it comes to de-stressing, Lulu’s favourite part of her routine is simply everything from the very beginning to the absolute end! She brings a vibrant energy to the floor, often dancing between her sets and exercises. The combination of great music and joyful movement always makes her workouts an incredibly fun and positive place to be.
