Boot Camp is an exclusive 8 week group training program, filled with like-minded individuals all at different stages in their health and fitness journeys. This 8 week program is designed to improve your overall strength and fitness, whilst you have a whole lot of fun in the process! Plus, you no longer have to worry about motivation as we’ll give you all the tools you need to stay on track and achieve your goals.
So, what is involved in the sessions?
Each week is different. We mix together functional training techniques with resistance equipment to give you the best workout possible.
Can anyone do it?
It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, anyone can participate in Boot Camp! If you do have any injuries or pre-existing medical conditions, please be sure to let your trainer know about them before your session.
