Andrej believes that fitness is not about being better than someone else, it’s about being better than you used to be. He brings a gentle, calm approach that allows his clients to gain confidence while he guides them through their fitness goals. Andrej will coach you the whole way with 24/7 support. He will hold you accountable in both fitness and nutrition goals.

Diyanah Ismail

Diyanah has coached hundreds of women from all walks of life to achieve their health and fitness goals and create positive relationships towards themselves and their training. Diyanah caters your training and session approach to what works best for you and your personal lifestyle. With Diyanah you will be ready to feel your greatest and remove the negative barriers in your life!
