Based on the latest health advice, from Monday, 31 January 2022, proof of vaccination requirements will apply statewide and be expanded to include new higher-risk venues, including, gyms, fitness centres, and indoor facilities.
As of Monday, 31 January, everyone aged 16 years and over must provide proof of vaccination to visit the Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre. This includes using the facility for casual and members. Visitors and members will need to show proof of vaccination at reception and provide it on request from authorised law enforcement officers.
To visit Belmont Oasis from Monday, 31 January, one of our reception staff will need to sight your vaccination certificate on the Service WA app or an approved form along with personal identification.
What we’re doing to help our members
If you are unable to access your membership from 31 January due to the new State Government Restrictions, we are able to offer free suspensions to put your membership on hold for up to six weeks to enable members to obtain the vaccination. To do this, please see our reception or complete a suspension form online via My Portal, and one of our employees will be able to assist you.
