Why You Should Spin For Your Next Workout

Feb Newsletter Headings (3)

Cycling is a fantastic way to train and increase your cardio levels. It is low impact, it utilises all major muscles groups, it’s easy and fantastic for strength and stamina.

Cycling causes less strain and injuries than most other forms of exercise, it’s actually recommended to most people who incur a knee injury. Unlike other sports, cycling does not require high levels of physical skill, most people know how to ride a bike and with indoor cycling, the balance part isn’t even necessary as the bike is always stationary.

What is an RPM class?

RPM is the indoor cycling routine 45-minute workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team and coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training.
